We’re gearing up for an awesome evening of entertainment as we kick off our first annual Talent Search Concert. We introduced the idea in our last Newsletter, but just in case you missed it, it’s not too late to get on the schedule. Do you have a hidden talent that needs to be celebrated? This is an opportunity for you to sing, dance, or play a solo on your tuba. There’s still plenty of time to practice a tune with a friend or group of friends. We want to include your name or group on the program and make your moment in the spotlight a memorable one.
We’ll need the names of everyone in your group and the title of the selection you will perform (Christian music only please). We’re hoping to have a good mixture to please everyone’s taste.
We’ll have table space available in the lobby if you have CD’s for sale, brochures, business cards or contact information, in case anyone in the audience would want to book you for their own special event. We’re looking forward to some unknown talents making their debut. We’re hoping the community will see that you don’t have to travel to New York City to experience some amazing talent and ability. We have it right here in our own neighborhood.
This is New Hope Ministry’s annual fund raiser. Because this is your community, and we are all one big family, there is no admission for this event. We will take up a love offering during the evening’s show, with all funds used for the operation of New Hope Counseling Center. We are a local mission work and all of our counseling services are offered free of charge.
